1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept:

• UPI

• Credit Cards

• Debit Cards

• Net Banking

• Digital Wallets

• Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible PIN codes (A nominal COD fee may apply)

The available payment options may vary depending on your location and order value.

2. Secure Payments

All transactions are secured using industry-standard SSL encryption. All online payments are processed through trusted and secure payment partners. Aura & Musse does not store your card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

3. Billing Information

• Your billing name and details must match your payment method

• All prices are displayed in INR (₹)

• Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout

• COD charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown before order confirmation

4. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you'll receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS. If you don't receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us before placing another order.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails but the amount is debited, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within a few business days. If the amount is not reversed within the expected time, please contact your bank first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available only on eligible serviceable PIN codes

• An additional COD charge may apply

• OTP or phone verification may be required before dispatch

• Aura & Musse reserves the right to disable COD for repeated order refusals or misuse.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing usually takes 5–7 business days, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
